After you find a real estate deal and get it locked up as part of your real estate investing activities you may have a decision to make of whether to keep the deal for yourself or make some cash by selling the deal. Often, we refer to the concept of what you will do with the deal after you "find It and lock it up" as the Exit Strategy. In most cases the exit strategy should be a consideration as you decide to lock up the deal. Sometimes more than one exit strategy can be helpful. The better the real estate deal that you locked up, the more options you will have as part of your exit strategy for a deal.
Marketing the Deal
