On the home page you will find the address search bar where you can look up specific property addresses by populating the criteria box. First, determine the address of the property that you want to search. Then, type the address, city, state or the address and just the and zip code in the appropriate boxes. Finally click,
You will then be prompted to a page that will download your data. This page may take a couple seconds to download, but do not refresh the page. The information is being taken from several different websites and will be located on one page. This can be viewed as a one stop resource for a wealth of information. Therefore, the wait time to gather the information is worth the results!
You will find that the screen is split into two, the left side and the right side. We will first discuss the items located on the left side of the page.

The first thing you will notice on the left hand side is the section that will give you an estimate of the property you are researching. This estimate is taken from two websites, 1) zillow.com and 2) eappraisal.com. Both websites take, a range, from lowest to highest and provide an average in the middle, which is known as the median price. These websites use the price points to estimate what the house might sell for.
"Our Estimate": in this section, a range is formed from both estimates and then from that range we get a median price for "Our Estimate".
In this section you will get additional information on the property you are researching. The information found here may include the total square footage of the home, the walk score, tax assessed value of property and provide additional links for more information.
In the map section, you are able to launch from the following three websites a map of the property you are researching. If you are not from the local area these maps will give you driving directions to the property, as well as provide additional information on the surrounding neighborhood.
In this section you will receive summarized information about the current listings within your zip code area. It may provide the total number of listings within a recent week, the type size of properties, the median price and the average listing price. In regards to size of property, it will summarize by the number of bedrooms. For example, how many 1 bedroom properties are currently listed, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, etc.
In this section you will be able to locate elementary, middle and high schools within the local property area. You can also select a map to view how close a school is located to your target property.
This information was generated from zillow.com. This will give you the average rate information during the past few weeks for a 30 year, 15 year, or ARM mortgage. This section also provides a chart that will also show you the history of rates during the past few weeks. This information could be helpful to determine what the average rates are and what type of rate you might be able to acquire for a mortgage.
This area provides the current month's index for a given zip code area's median sale price based on past sales.
This section will let you see what type of weather is in the property you are researching. Knowing your weather can help you determine the area and the conditions.
The first thing you will see is a true aerial shot of the property. You are able to zoom in on the property and actually see the neighborhood and surrounding properties. This picture is not real time; it is taken from a previous point in time.
This section will allow you to compare like properties to the one you are researching. All of the tabs at the top of this section are what was used to compare the similar information to the property you are researching.
This section provides 2 graphs that will reflect:
1. A graph of the average price of sales during the past few years
2. A graph of the "buy/sell" indicator that reflects a trend for buying, holding or selling a property at a given point in time.
In this section you will be able to see what rental properties are renting for. This is important if you are buying and holding your property to rent. You will be able to figure out what you can command for rent and figure out if the cash flow will work for the property you are researching. All of the tabs at the top of this section are what was used to compare the similar information to the property you are researching.
In this section you will know several demographics of the area. The information provided may include such information as age ranges, marital status, households with children, occupations, race, income levels, etc.
This section may provide information that summarizes properties by price per square foot, listed by square foot or listed by price range.
This section provides 2 graphs relating to the REIT index.
